In my last post before my last blogging hiatus, I brought up the importance of the officer elections as a board replaces two members in First Board Meeting with the New Board Members (Mystery Education Theater 3000). Well, the second worst outcome occurred. No new people as Chair or Clerk — just Madeline Kronenberg and Charles Ramsey.

When there are rotating positions, there needs to be actual rotation. It’s the duty of each member to step up and share the burden of leadership. This may seem like “insider baseball” to most, but the leadership sets the tone. This was a disappointing outcome.
